Deungsim(Beef Sirloin)

Deungsim is tender and smell of fresh meat is excellent. Marbling is spreaded evenly throughout red lean meat and has the best flavor.

Ansim(Beef Tenderloin)

Ansim is the prime and most tender part of cow. It’s flavor is the best among other part of beef. The meat is tender and texture is soft as silk.

Chaekkeut(Striploin)

Chaekkeut has the unique taste of Hanu which is sweetness. It is the most sweet part of the Hanu. Many countries choose Chaekkeut as the best part of the cow.

Salchi

It gets juicier when you chew Salchi again and again. It gives you the basic taste of a Hanu which separates from other parts.

Buchaesal(Top Blade)

Buchaesal is shaped like a fan. Marbling appears evenly and has good flavor.
